Meet Skeeter Johnston, a Montana wedding and elopement videographer.
We're Skeeter & Nicole Johnston. We met in early February of 2022 and tied the knot in March of 2023. Ours is a slightly unlikely love story... a southern belle from Tennessee and a Montana mountain man, and we're endlessly grateful for how it turned out.
Skeeter filmed weddings on his own for more than ten years before marriage showed us one of its best gifts: how much stronger we are building a life together. On wedding days Skeeter is the one behind the camera, while Nicole keeps everything running behind the scenes, bringing balance, encouragement, and intention to all of it.
Our daughter, Annie Kate, has grown our family in the most meaningful way, and we also welcomed a baby boy in 2026! This season has deepened how much we treasure love, commitment, and holding onto the moments that matter most. Those values find their way into every wedding Skeeter films.
On weekends without a wedding, you'll usually catch us settling into our home (the DIY project list never ends), playing music together, or spending time with our close family and friends.
Our faith sits at the center of who we are, and we hold the covenant of marriage close. Walking through life side by side is a true blessing, and helping other couples preserve the very beginning of that same journey is an honor. We would love to be part of your special day.
