Meet Skeeter Johnston, a Montana wedding and elopement videographer.
We’re Skeeter & Nicole Johnston. We met in early February of 2022 and tied the knot in March of 2023. Our love story is a little unexpected.. a southern belle from Tennessee falling for a Montana mountain man, and it’s one we’re endlessly grateful for.
After more than ten years of Skeeter filming weddings on his own, marriage revealed one of its greatest gifts: realizing just how much stronger we are when we build life together. While Skeeter is the one behind the camera on wedding days, Nicole plays an important role behind the scenes! Bringing balance, encouragement, and intention to everything we do.
With the arrival of our daughter, Annie Kate, our family has grown in the most meaningful way. This season of life has deepened our appreciation for love, commitment, and the importance of holding onto the moments that truly matter. We are also expecting a baby boy in 2026! These values naturally carry into every wedding Skeeter films.
When we’re not working weddings on the weekends, you’ll usually find us settling into our home (with plenty of DIY projects), playing music together, or spending time with our close family and friends.
Our faith is at the center of who we are, and we deeply value the covenant of marriage. It’s a true blessing to walk through life side by side, and it’s an honor to help preserve the beginning of that same journey for other couples. We would love nothing more than to share in your special day.
