Wedding Videography Packages

If you've made it to this page, you're probably deep in wedding planning mode! Comparing wedding videography packages, researching what different videographers offer, and figuring out what feels right for your day. I get it! There's a lot to consider, and deciding on your wedding film investment is one of those decisions that can feel a little abstract until you actually see what it becomes.

Here's my approach: I want to create a film that feels like your day. Not a generic highlight reel, but something that captures the feel, the people, and the moments that matter most. The stuff you'll want to show your kids someday. The vows you'll forget the exact words to. The toast that made everyone ugly cry. All of it.

I've kept my wedding videography pricing pretty straightforward. I have three clear coverage options with a few optional add-ons if you want them. Everything's laid out right here on the page so you can see exactly what's included with each package, what deliverables you'll receive, and what your investment looks like. If something's confusing or you're not sure what you need, just reach out! I'm happy to talk through your day and help you figure out what actually makes sense.

I'm genuinely stoked you're here and considering letting me be part of your day. I'd love to hear what you're planning and help figure out what makes the most sense for your wedding.

Wedding Videography Package FAQs

Choosing the right wedding videography package raises real questions about coverage hours, what's included, how drone footage works, and what the whole process looks like from booking to delivery. Below are answers to the questions I hear most from couples comparing packages. If something isn't covered here, reach out and I'll walk you through exactly what makes sense for your day!

What's the difference between the Cinematic, Platinum, and Elopement packages?

The main differences come down to coverage hours and the number of video edits you receive. The Cinematic Package includes 9 hours of coverage and three separate edits — a ceremony film, a reception film, and a montage. The Platinum Package covers 7 hours with the same three edits at slightly shorter lengths. The Elopement Package is built for smaller, more intimate days with 5 hours of coverage and two edits — a full day film and a montage. All three packages include 6K footage, three cameras for the ceremony, aerial drone footage, and high quality audio.

Can I customize a package for my wedding?

Yes. If none of the three packages fit your day exactly, I'm happy to build something around what you actually need. That might mean adjusting coverage hours, adding rehearsal dinner filming, or putting together a plan for a two-day celebration. Just reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense.

Is drone footage included in every package?

Yes! Aerial drone footage is included in all three packages at no additional cost, weather permitting. Montana's landscapes are a big part of what makes these films feel the way they do, and I wouldn't want couples to have to add that on separately.

What add-ons are available?

Beyond the three core packages, I offer rehearsal day coverage, additional wedding day coverage hours, wedding vows as voiceovers, a 60-second highlight teaser, raw footage, DVDs, and Blu-Rays. Pricing for each is listed above.

How do I know which package is right for my wedding?

Coverage hours are usually the deciding factor. If you have a full reception with toasts, a first dance, and a send-off, you'll likely want the Platinum or Cinematic. If you're eloping or keeping the day small and intimate, the Elopement Package is probably the right fit. If you're not sure, just reach out. I'd rather talk it through than have you guess.

What's your booking and payment process?

Once we've confirmed your date and package, I'll send over a contract and collect a retainer to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before I deliver your final edits. I book on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you have a date in mind it's worth reaching out sooner rather than later — especially for peak summer and fall dates.

What locations do you travel to?

I'm based in Plains, Montana and serve couples across the state. My primary markets are Glacier National Park, Kalispell, Whitefish, Bigfork, Polson, and Bozeman. I also film at destination venues like White Raven Montana. If your wedding is somewhere not listed here, reach out! I'm very open to travel beyond my primary markets and am always up for an adventure.

Your Wedding, Your Way — Let's Build Something Custom!

Some of my favorite projects have been the ones that didn't fit into a box. Maybe you're planning a two-day celebration with a welcome dinner and farewell brunch. Maybe you want extended coverage for a full 12-hour day. Or perhaps your elopement needs just three hours of intimate filming in a remote location. Whatever your wedding looks like, I can build a package around it. I believe your videography should serve your celebration and not the other way around, so I'm happy to create a completely custom plan that reflects your vision and budget.
